Refunds and Returns Policy
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How can I return my Sellers Farms order?
To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I know if my return was approved?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How is the refund processed?
If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
What can I do if I did not receive my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Can I return Items that were on sale or closeout?
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or closeouts cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of shipping back to our facility.
